US Domestic Shipping

Domestically, we ship all of our products via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship our products internationally and will be provide a custom shipping quote.

Returns

You can return a product within 30 days of purchase, as long as it’s still good as new, with all the original tags still attached, for refund, exchange or store credit.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

1. Be returned within 30 days of your delivery date

2. Be uncustomized - meaning that any product that has been customized with your initials are ineligible for refunds/exchanges

3. Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

4. Be returned with original tags and packaging

To initiate a return process, kindly send us an email at info@hirondine.com. Do note that you are responsible for all costs associated with the return of your products, and all refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. The condition of returned items will be at the discretion of the exchange department upon receipt and items must be in saleable condition to qualify. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
